It's time for Catching Fireflies Retreats' next set of hosted retreats at Fox Forest.
Catching Fireflies Retreats are for adult women paper-crafters looking for an all-inclusive weekend, ample space, and a fun theme.

Friday through Sunday Retreat Package Includes:
- Two nights of lodging at Fox Forest
- Check in anytime after 9:00 am on Friday
- Check out by 1:00 pm Sunday
- Crafting space at Fox Forest
- Comfortable, adjustable office chair
- Personal Ott light and large windows
- Ample table space and outlets
- Friday supper, Saturday lunch, Saturday supper, and Sunday brunch
- Use of the kitchen
- Option to participate in two layout/card contests. Prizes awarded!
- Option to complete a make-and-take
- A welcome gift of new products
- 10 o'clock treats Saturday night
- A themed retreat with a photo-op area
Thursday Add-On ($50) Includes:
- Thursday night lodging, check-in anytime after 10:00 am
- Use of the kitchen for any meals or snacks
Sunday Night Add-On ($50) Includes:
- Sunday night lodging, check-out by 1 pm on Monday
- Use of the kitchen for any meals or snacks
- Please note, this is only available if we have enough interest
Retreat Rates
Valley View | $299 per person | group of 5, which includes a private kitchen, bathroom, crafting space, and entrance.
Willow Way | $319 per person | group of 3, which includes a private kitchenette, bathroom, crafting space, and entrance.
White Pines Triple | $279 per person | group of 3, this is the triple bedroom on the second level. It shares a hallway bathroom with White Pines Double.
White Pines Double | $289 per person | group of 2, this is the double bedroom on the second level. It shares a hallway bathroom with White Pines Triple.
White Pines Bunkroom | $269 per person | Main-floor bedroom with two en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the 7 beds are a top bunk accessed by stairs. All 7 beds have privacy curtains.
- This is available for groups of 7 or fewer, or for smaller groups willing to join other smaller groups.
- Guests staying in the three White Pine rooms (a total of 12 guests) have use of the large crafting space on the main level, the large kitchen, the relaxation room, and the main floor 1/2 bathroom.
Registration Information
To request a spot, please email visitfireflyfarm@gmail.com with your date and room preference (it's a good idea to have a few room choices). If attending with friends, you may request both (or all of you). We will do our best to honor room requests, but we likely cannot accommodate all first choices. If you don't receive a response to your email within 48 hours, please try emailing again.
Hosted Retreats Cancellation Policy
Guests needing to cancel their reservation at least 31 days before the retreat start date, can have one of the following: 100% store credit or a refund of the amount paid minus $8.
Guests needing to cancel their reservation at least 31 days before the retreat start date, can have one of the following: 100% store credit or a refund of the amount paid minus $8.
Guests needing to cancel their reservation within 30 days of the retreat start date may do so, but will forfeit their $150 deposit. If Fox Forest or the guest is able to fill their spot with another guest, Fox Forest will refund the $150 deposit minus $8. If the guest cancelling has paid more then the deposit, this amount can be taken care of one of the following ways: 100% store credit or a refund minus $8.
