5th Annual Fall Frolic at Fox Forest Retreat Center

We are thrilled to be hosting our 5th Annual Fall Frolic!
Fall Frolic is a jam-packed weekend with oodles of paper-crafting classes, lodging at the Fox Forest Retreat Center, meals, an exclusive Fall Frolic shirt, and so much more! Missy Brozek will be our guest teacher, joined by staff at Firefly Farm, filling your days with crafty fun! All events, classes, and meals will be hosted at the Fox Forest Retreat Center.
Coming solo? You'll be in good company. Many of our retreat guests join on their own and leave with new friendships. With comfortable shared lodging and privacy curtains for every bed, you'll have the perfect balance of connection and comfort. Our all-inclusive retreats are a perfect time to recharge, create, and meet crafty friends!
Fall Frolic at Fox Forest | $549* per person.
A two-installment payment option is available.
$300 due to register, $249 due by July 20th.
Your experience includes:
- 2 Exclusive Make-and-Take Layouts
- 49 & Market Album Class
- Exclusive Bella Blvd Layouts Class with Missy (two, 2-page layouts)
- Exclusive Graphic 45 Layouts Class with Trisha (two, 2-page layouts)
- Exclusive TBD Layouts Class with Missy (two, 2-page layouts)
- 2 nights lodging at Fox Forest
- 5 meals and treats
- Exclusive event t-shirt
- A small group size of 23 guests means lots of interactions with our teachers
- All classes will be in the Fox Forest classroom on the main level
- Students will be emailed a supply list in early August
Fox Forest can accommodate 23 guests at this Fall Frolic Event. All beds have a privacy curtain, a personal reading light, a fan, and a charging station.
Lodging will be assigned in one of the following arrangements:
- White Pines Main Level Bedroom - sleeps 7 and has 2 en suite bathrooms
- White Pines First Floor Bedroom - sleeps 3 and shares the hallway bathroom
- White Pines First Floor Bedroom - sleeps 2 and shares the hallway bathroom
- Willow Way - sleeps 3 and has an en suite bathroom
- Valley View- sleeps 5 and has a private bathroom with a second vanity outside of the bathroom
- Hidden Hollow- Lower Level- sleeps 3 and has an en suite bathroom
Registered guests can request room assignments. We will do our best to accommodate all.
In early August, registered guests will receive a Fall Frolic newsletter with more details, such as what to bring.We recommend bringing only the basic supplies you will need for classes. If you are arriving on Thursday or earlier on Friday, you can bring a kit or project to work on. The classes will keep you very busy for the weekend, and if you have any free time, you will likely want to use it to work on your class projects.

5:00-6:00 PM - Fall Frolic Welcome Social at Fox Forest (includes dinner)
6:00-8:00 PM - Bella Blvd Layouts with Missy - This exclusive layout class is designed just for Fall Frolic guests and will feature the gorgeous new "Adventure Awaits" collection - perfect for documenting your favorite time outdoors - hikes, campfires, road trips, any of your favorite memories in nature.
8:00-9:30 PM - Desserts + Exclusive One-Page Layouts with Trisha Studer (Firefly Farm/Fox Forest Owner) & Jodie Guhl (Firefly Farm Staff Member of 9+ years)
Saturday, August 22
8:00-9:00 AM - Breakfast
10:00 AM - Noon - Graphic 45 Layouts with Trisha - This exclusive layout class is designed just for Fall Frolic guests and will feature the newest "Adventure Awaits" collection from Graphic 45 - featuring an earthy palette of marine blue, fern green, evergreen, and woodland brown - perfect for documenting outdoor adventures, Father's Day projects, and crafting for the explorers in your life.
Noon-1:30 PM - Lunch & Free Time
1:30-4:30 PM - 49 & Market Album with Anne Murray (Firefly Farm Staff Member of 8+ years)
5:00-6:00 PM - Dinner & Free Time
6:30-8:30 PM - TBD Layouts with Missy. Because we like to feature brand-new products for our guest-teaching events, we have not picked out the collection for this class yet.
Sunday, August 23
9:30 AM - Farewell Brunch
Noon - Check-out
Please note that class kits will include the products needed for the class (such as albums, papers, and embellishments), and students will need to bring basic supplies (such as adhesives and a trimmer).
We are sorry, but no refunds are given for cancellations. If a guest has to cancel, they can get their class kit/s.
