We are thrilled to be hosting our 4th Annual Fall Frolic!
Fall Frolic is a jam-packed weekend with oodles of paper-crafting classes, lodging at the Fox Forest Retreat Center, meals, an exclusive Fall Frolic shirt, and so much more! All events, classes, and meals will be hosted at the Fox Forest Retreat Center.
Coming solo? You'll be in good company. Many of our retreat guests join on their own and leave with new friendships. With comfortable shared lodging and privacy curtains for every bed, you'll have the perfect balance of connection and comfort. Our all-inclusive retreats are a perfect time to recharge, create, and meet crafty friends!

Janene Meyerowitz from 49 and Market will be our guest teacher!
Janene started 49 and Market in 2016. Before 49 and Market, she owned an online scrapbooking business, the Scrapbook Diaries. After several years of specializing in kits designed by globally recognized designers, it became increasingly difficult to find the look and types of products she was drawn to. As a result, 49 and Market was born. 49 and Market has built its reputation as a premium paper crafting brand through offering high-quality products in a fresh yet vintage fashion.

The following upgrade will be available:
- Thursday night lodging with breakfast on Friday morning. Check in anytime after noon on Thursday, 8/21 | $60.
All classes will be in the Fox Forest classroom on the main level. Fox Forest's capacity can welcome 20 guests to this Fall Frolic. We have 20 luxury twin and full-sized beds. All beds have a privacy curtain, personal reading light, fan, and charging station. Don't delay in registering!
Lodging will be assigned in one of the following arrangements:
- White Pines Main Level Bedroom - sleeps 7 and has 2 en suite bathrooms
- White Pines First Floor Bedroom - sleeps 3 and shares the hallway bathroom
- White Pines First Floor Bedroom - sleeps 2 and shares the hallway bathroom
- Willow Way - sleeps 3 and has an en suite bathroom
- Valley View- sleeps 5 and has a private bathroom with a second vanity outside of the bathroom
Registered guests can request room assignments, and we will do our best to accommodate all.
In July, registered guests will receive a Fall Frolic newsletter containing more details, like what to bring.
We recommend bringing only the basic supplies you will need for classes. If you are arriving on Thursday or earlier on Friday, you can bring a kit or project to work on. The classes will keep you very busy for the weekend, and if you have any free time, you will likely want to use it to work on your class projects.

6-8 PM | Botanical Buzz Layout w/ Janene | This exclusive layout class is designed for Firefly Farm guests and will feature this gorgeous collection by Dennis Bruton. Your photos will buzz with excitement, surrounded by gorgeous shades of yellows, blues, and greens. [two double-page layouts]
8-9:30 PM | Desserts + Exclusive Layouts - Create two 1-page layouts - one designed and taught by Janene, and one by Trisha

8-9 AM | Breakfast
10 AM-Noon | Flower Emporium Layout with Trisha | Join Trisha to create layouts featuring the very popular collection from Vicki Boutin. Step into a world of vintage charm and floral elegance with Vicki Boutin's debut collection for 49 and Market! The Flower Emporium captures this enchanting atmosphere with its rich color palette of soft pastels, vintage neutrals, and pops of vibrant hues. [two double-page layouts]
Noon-1:30 PM | Lunch & Free Time
1:30-4:30 PM | Little Celebrations Binder Album with Janene | This album designed by Janene features the newly released Little Celebrations by Joanne Bain. It's neutral palette works perfectly to feature your favorite photos of a special event. This album would be the perfect gift to document a wedding, anniversary, or baby.
5-6 PM | Dinner Break & Free Time
6-9 PM |Nature's Haven Folio | This collection, designed by Joanne Bain, will surely be a hit at Firefly Farm! We know that Janene will be teaching a gorgeous album to guests joining us for Fall Frolic.
Sunday, August 24
9:30 AM | Farewell Brunch
Noon | Check-out
Please note, class kits will include the products needed for the class (like albums, papers, and embellishments) and students will need to bring basic supplies (like adhesives and a trimmer).
Can't join us for Fall Frolic? You still have the opportunity to join our Fall Frolic Guest Designer for an à la carte class at Firefly Farm! Classes take place in the lower level of Firefly Farm and can comfortably fit 15 students.
Saturday, August 23

noon-1:00 PM | Lunch Break - Feel free to bring lunch or grab lunch in Pine Island. Guests staying for Trisha's class may use their table space during the break.

We are sorry, but no refunds are given for cancellations. If a guest has to cancel, they can get their class kit/s.
