• Private entrance and staircase.  Guests pull into the garage and unload/load right next to the lift.
• Wheelchair lift and double shelved rolling cart (helpful for those paper-crafting supplies!) 
• Five beds, each with a privacy curtain, personal fan, reading light, and shelf with outlets.
• Bathroom, with shower, vanity, and shelves.
• Additional vanity outside the bathroom, with a large counter and six drawers.
• A kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans, crock-pot, plates, bowls, silverware, utensils, cups, mugs, etc.
• 5 gallon water cooler.
• Large craft space with ample table and counter space, lights, outlets, and comfortable adjustable office chairs. 
• Large smart TV, high-speed internet, and blue-tooth speaker.

Valley View has four large windows, including one that has Trisha's favorite view (Trisha's maiden name is Valley).

Rental Rate is $875 (plus tax) for two nights.
Additional nights are $50 (plus tax) per person (minimum of two guests).
