• Fox Forest has a private massage room with two excellent massage therapists available, when requested, a minimum of 4 weeks before your stay. 
• All beds have high-end, new mattresses purchased with comfort in mind. 
• All bedding and towels are provided. 
• The kitchens are fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, knives, pots, pans, and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Willow Way does not have a full oven, but the toaster oven can hold 13-inch pizzas and smaller baking dishes.
  
• Guests are responsible for their own food and beverages.

Important Reservation Information | Please read before proceeding to submit a reservation request.

• 2-night minimum stay required.
• Check in anytime after 9 am.
• Check-out is noon.
• Only registered retreat center guests are allowed on the property.
• A deposit of $200 plus tax is due to hold your reservation. 
  • Fox Forest can consider a check-out as late as 3 pm, depending on the next reservation and cleaning schedule. For later check-out, please email the week before your stay.
    
• All balances are due 30 days before the retreat date. If the balance is not received, the reservation will be canceled, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be fully refunded (less a $10 service fee) if you cancel your reservation 120 days before the reservation date. However, you will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your reservation with less than 120 days' notice.
• For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, the entire balance is due at the time of reservation. Cancellations will still forfeit the $200 deposit.
• Reservations are being accepted through 2026 at this time.  Guests staying in 2025 automatically can have their same weekend for 2026, so when looking at 2026 dates, please keep that in mind.
