To help keep everyone comfortable and relaxed, our bus trips are for women only. We’ve found that women-only spaces can feel more comfortable for many attendees, helping create a low-stress environment for the group.
Bus Tour Cancellation Policy
Guests who need to cancel their reservation and do so at least 120 days before the tour start date can receive one of the following: 100% store credit or a refund of the amount paid, minus a $20 administrative fee.
Guests needing to cancel their reservation less than 120 days from the tour start date:
- If Fox Forest or a guest is able to fill their spot with another guest, the guest will receive their deposit, as well as any money paid towards the trip, in one of the following ways: 100% store credit or a refund of the amount paid, minus a $20 administrative fee.
- If Fox Forest or a guest is unable to fill their spot, the guest will forfeit their deposit. Any money paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
Guests needing to cancel their reservation less than 45 days from the tour start date:
- If Fox Forest or a guest is able to fill their spot with another guest, the guest will receive their deposit, as well as any money paid towards the trip, in one of the following ways: 100% store credit or a refund of the amount paid, minus a $20 administrative fee.
- If Fox Forest or a guest is unable to fill their spot, the guest will receive a 50% refund of their trip registration fee.
[At this point, Fox Forest will be unable to cancel many of our contracts for hotels, tours, reservations, etc. that we have paid on our guests' behalf.]
